Strawberry Bread

Ingredients
- 3 c flour
- 1 (3 oz) package strawberry Jell-O
- 1 t salt
- 2 c sugar
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1 t baking soda
- 4 eggs
- 2 c mashed strawberries
- 1¼ c oil
- 1¼ c chopped nuts
Instructions
- Sift first six ingredients together.
- In a separate bowl, mix eggs, strawberries, and oil.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients together, and add nuts.
- Bake at 350 degrees in small loaf pans for 45 minutes, in big loaf pans for 60 minutes, or in muffin tins for 25 minutes.
