- 2 c Bisquick
- 3 T sugar
- ¾ c milk
- 1 egg
- 2 T butter, melted
- ⅔ c fruit (blueberries, raspberries, apricots, peaches, raisins, dates, etc.)
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Grease muffin pan.
- Combine all ingredients and stir well. Batter will be slightly lumpy.
- Fill muffin cups ⅔ full and bake for 15-20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
