Beef Stroganoff - Another Potato Topper

Ingredients
- ¼ c butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ t salt
- ½ t pepper
- 8 oz can mushrooms
- 2 T flour
- 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c sour cream
Instructions
- Melt butter.
- Add onion and garlic and sauté.
- Add beef and brown.
- Add mushrooms, flour, and soup. Cook for 20 minutes.
- Add sour cream.
- Serve over baked potatoes or noodles.
