Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
- ½ c butter
- ½ c honey
- 2 eggs
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 c whole wheat flour
- 1 c all-purpose flour
- 2 t baking powder
- ½ t salt
- ½ c milk
- 2½ c blueberries
Instructions
- Cream together butter and honey.
- Add eggs, one at a time and then add vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, combine flours, baking powder, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to butter/honey mixture alternately with milk. Stir.
- Add blueberries and then pour into muffin pan (makes 12 muffins).
- Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
